I have been a Professional Guitar teacher of over 40 years. I moved to Phoenix, AZ in 2024 after doing music for 16 years in Nashville (performing, writing, recording, touring, and teaching). I have taught ages 4 to retired Seniors, taught a Rock School Summer Camp for Bootsy Collins, worked with and played for Number One hit songwriters, Artists, former students have graduated from Berklee and G.I.T., have taught celebrities and their kids and have had 2 students sign Major Label record deals. Specializing in all forms of Rock (Metal, Hard Rock, Indie, Prog, Shred), Blues, Modern Country, Fingerstyle, Nuevo Flamenco, Songwriting, Performance, Home Recording, Music Theory and HOW to make Music with it. While I have a ton of experience teaching kids and teens most of my students in the last few decades have been adults who have played in the past and are getting back into it, players who have tinkered around and watched YouTube videos but can’t piece it all together, and other adults who have always wanted to play and finally decided to give it a try.

These are 1 hour lessons and rates are determined by distance from my house in Surprise, AZ and are as follows:
0 -5 miles - $60
6 – 10 miles - $65
11 – 20 miles - $70
21 – 50 miles - $80
As you can see I try to keep it very affordable and obviously very convenient for you
